Mark is an amazing resource as a recruiter! He is very knowledgeable in this space; helping to find the perfect “fit” between organization and traveler. He is always upfront and honest with expectations and assignment details. He work’s tirelessly to help match the best job candidates with appropriate nursing assignments. Mark stands by and supports the nurses that he recruits, hiring only the most qualified personnel. Mark has incredible communication skills and is unbelievably accessible to you when you are on assignment. He works in partnership with his nurses and believes in them. I highly recommend him as not only a nurse recruiter, but as a role model and mentor. Anyone who has the privilege of working with Mark grows and develops because he asks the best of you; and settles for nothing less for himself too!

About Mark Vandeventer:

Mark is wise, honest and patient. He never pushed me into a contract that wasn’t a good fit for me and he protectively guided me when I jumped at contracts that may have proven unstable. Mark is the best recruiters I met and I recommend him time and time again!

Mark has been a great communicator. Before I even accepted a contract with Mark and went with a different agency due to tnaa not having the first contract I wanted, Mark still spent alot of time talking to me and guiding me as a new travel nurse. I ended up taking a contract with him and he's made the process smooth and easy.
