About Nick Garcia:

Nick took the time to hear me out & provided me the encouragement I needed to take the plunge into travel nursing over a year ago. I was apprehensive and unsure just like most people are at first; but he was so patient with me and didn’t give up! I honestly have learned a lot about myself through Nick, one thing being - the ability to explore the unknown; I trust his opinion and he has never led me in the wrong direction! Nick is absolutely incredible. He I the kind of guy that feels like family after one phone call, and is someone that is true to his word and doesn’t offer empty promises. He makes sure to follow up and push to get his nurses everything they are looking for in a contract. Nick is super approachable and has so much to offer his nurses based on his own family’s travel experience. I can’t recommend him enough to other travelers because I know he will take great care of them!

Nick is a really honest recruiter and he really takes time to listen to your needs and wants with finding the perfect contract. His previous experience traveling with his PICU travel nurse wife gives him a real understanding of the travel industry from the nurse’s side. In addition, his mother is a nurse too, so he has a great respect and understanding of the nursing profession. I really enjoy working with him!
