Nick has made it clear that he understands my motives for choosing certain assignments, and he respects my wishes. He relates to me on a personal level, and shows a concern for my family, as well as myself. Doing travel nursing as a family man requires a lot more considerations than just whim and pay package. Nick has demonstrated, from the start, an empathy with my values and goals, as well as a kindness that I find all too rare. I wouldn't choose to work with anyone else.

Nick made my first travel assignment a BREEZE! He listened to what I was looking for and checked in throughout the whole process in such a friendly, timely manner. He helped me understand the complex process and made the transition so easy it truly helpful. Nick continued to check in throughout the assignment and I’m grateful for that. About Nick Garcia:

Nick is amazing!! He has had my back the entire year I've been traveling. He's helped me get out of sketchy situations, found me a job close to home when a family member went on hospice and sent me flowers when my dog crossed the rainbow bridge. He's always timely, understanding and looking out for his nurses. It helps his wife is a nurse too, so he really gets the lifestyle! I recommend him to all my friends that want to start traveling. He's more than a recruiter, he's a wonderful friend and mentor!

Nick took the time to hear me out & provided me the encouragement I needed to take the plunge into travel nursing over a year ago. I was apprehensive and unsure just like most people are at first; but he was so patient with me and didn’t give up! Nick is absolutely incredible. He I the kind of guy that feels like family after one phone call, and is someone that is true to his word and doesn’t offer empty promises. He makes sure to follow up and push to get his nurses everything they are looking for in a contract. Nick is super approachable and has so much to offer his nurses based on his own family’s travel experience. I can’t recommend him enough to other travelers because I know he will take great care of them!
