During my contracts, Nick unwillingly became my therapist. He would talk me off the ledge when I was stressing about finding the contracts I wanted. He’s a great resource and I always recommend him to new travelers.

I have been with Nick for almost 5 years; this August, he is an amazing recruiter and I can’t imagine this travel world with anyone else. He understands what I’m looking for, quick on getting my contracts and finalizing them, he’s fought for higher pay, and quick to respond to all my concerns and needs. Not only has he been a great recruiter but a great mentor, friend and counselor, he listens when I’ve had a bad day or contract and quick to figure out a solution. He has helped me find resources for quick housing when a situation went bad and I’ve never had to worry about anything even being far away from home, I would recommend him to anyone who wants to start traveling as I believe he is the best. 😁

About Nick Garcia:

Five years ago, I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Nick at the start of my travel nursing journey. In that time, we’ve grown as not only coworkers, but friends. We’ve seen each other grow as individuals, and in our careers. When he promised that my life was about to change for the better, he meant it. He’s been my sole recruiter in all of that time and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. We work extremely well together because he understands the needs of my little family. I joke that he could accept an assignment on my behalf and I would just show up and work because he knows exactly what makes me happy. It’s true! Thank you for 5 happy years, Nick Garcia.
