About Baran Pal:

Just got hired for my first assignment with Baran as my recruiter and so far I am very pleased. Baran has kept me updated every step of the way and found me an assignment that met my needs in the area I requested. I expecially like that Baran called me to talk about what I was looking for and called to discuss my contract with me. My previous recruiter never called, only texted, and I never felt like I was valued. I hope to continue working with Baran!

Brian advised well. Brian educated me that the hospital offering the opportunity to prove my metal and worth offered both 3 days a week and 4 days a week, Brian's experience guided me to take the three and do a 4th on my timeline, Indicated that his experience has shown that 4 a week burns people out by week 13, advise taken to heart.

About Baran Pal:

Baran was amazing. He was super supportive, attentive and overall a nice guy. The only issues I ever had was we sometimes played phone tag being on different time zones. I don’t travel anymore but when I have friends who are interested I always recommend Baran.

Baran is a true professional. He was attentive to my needs, finding me the right positions in areas I wanted to work in. Helped me to negotiate wages and compensation for hours as my particular position, isn't that well known in the healthcare industry.(Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant) If I had isssues with payroll he was only a phone call away and easily helped rectify the issue. He is a valuable resource directing me to the right departments, checking up with me consistently to make sure the assignment was a good fit, my housing was what I needed, and just genuinely interested in how I was and what he could look for if I chose to move on to another assignment. I would highly recommend Baran to my fellow co-workers who may be interested in a traveling career.
