Deana is truly spectacular! I am a first time traveler and she has been so helpful, patient, and kind. She has helped me every step of the way from making my profile marketable to hospitals to sending me information on areas near assignments I’m interested in to helping me search for housing and setting up those resources and much more! She has been confident and reassuring when I was uncertain about getting an offer. She has an amazing personality and is amazing at her job. I recommend her 1000% to any traveler; she’ll get you going where you want to go!

Deana is an amazing recruiter. I started traveling with her after a referral from a friend in 2021. Traveling had changed drastically because of Covid since my last assignment with a previous agency who didn't have my best interests in mind. I didn't feel like that at ALL from Deana. I speak directly to Deana every time, not to an assistant. I recently returned to TNAA after traveling with another very large travel agency where I spoke with the recruiter and his assistant, information being repeated or not relayed from one person to another. DEANA IS NOT LIKE THIS. She is amazing, concise, professional, and above all PERSONAL. She knows me and my needs, she jumps through hoops to make it happen, as does my wonderful QA Specialist Jessie. I have traveled with other agencies, but I'm glad I'm back HOME to TNAA :)
