Kristen cares about me as an individual. She checked up on me while I was injured and was very proactive in helping me get back into travel nursing when I was released to return. When a contract was cancelled, she had multiple options available before she called to inform me. I like that she has my back and works for what is right for me.

One of the things that I appreciate about her is that she very transparent and straight forward regarding the pros and cons of an assignment and does not try to push you into something if you do not feel that its the right fit.
