With 20-years’ experience in recruiting, I truly love working with my nurses. By building relationships based on a foundation of trust and mutual respect, I can be a friend and mentor to my nurses. To me, it boils down to treating travelers like family, supporting them through the ups and downs of life on the road, and on assignment. I am from Iowa but now reside in California with my 3 children and 2 cats. I have lived in many states and find joy in giving back. I spend a lot of my free time with my family, traveling to visit friends and family, and planning and organizing fundraisers for underprivileged kids in the South Bay in San Diego and in Mozambique, Africa.

The world of travel nursing is often confusing and sometimes scary. That’s why you need someone who is truly in your corner. Kathleen is that person for me. She has gone to bat and fought for me simply because it was in my best interest. I never have to worry about the next step because Kathleen is always a few ahead of me. She is in constant contact throughout the process of acquiring a contract, but more importantly she doesn’t forget about you during the contract. I truly believe that I could not be this successful in my travel career without the help of Kathleen.

Kathleen is the best recruiter to work with! She always finds me the best jobs and tries to find places that are known to be traveler friendly so I can have a great contract.
