Gena is a sweetheart, from the get go I felt like I had a recruiter who was on my side, my team. Gena is always available to me. She is reassuring, kind, thoughtful and you can really tell she does this because she loves working with nurses. In our world today, anyone who wants to get into the travel world again is lucky to work with Gena. She’s been with me every step of the way for my first contract in a while and I’m so grateful for her helping me live my dreams!

Gena is amazing! She has been easy to get ahold of since I first starting working with her. She even fought to get me a pay increase when crisis pay started after I had already signed. She knows so much about contracts and different locations. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Gena has been there for me through thick and thin with all my assignments. She is always easy to reach, even on nights and weekends when she should be relaxing. And if she takes time off she always makes sure I have the contact number of whoever is covering for her so I’m not alone. Gena is the reason I stay with TNAA, she is amazing!

What can I say!!! Gena is not only an amazing and compassionate person/recruiter but also a dear friend. Gena has been my recruiter for nearly 3 years!! She’s honest, tells it like it is, and her integrity is exceptional!! She’s always professional and there for me, regardless of the time of day. She listens to my plan and goes to bat for me when needed. During the beginning of the Covid pandemic and being 3days away from my family with so much uncertainty, Gena not only called nearly daily to check in on me until my contract was finished, but she cried with me about my fears, supported me with my decisions and gave me virtual hugs!! She sends me details of jobs she thinks I’d be interested in, as well as those I’m curious about as I near my next contract. I think the world of her and by no means would ever think of going anywhere else!! She, as well as Travel Nurse Across America treat me and everyone who works with them as family!!!...not just a number or a working horse but with true compassion, caring hearts and genuine respect! I love my Gena!! I would totally and completely recommend her to be anyone’s recruiter!! She’s awesome!!
