About Brett Lazansky:

Brett has been my only recruiter through all my travel (4 years). I know other travelers keep changing recruiters for unhappiness with their recruiters. I never felt unhappy or under valued with Brett in my corner. He has always been honest and fought for me. If you are looking for a recruiter for the long haul, Brett is your person. Brett is very knowledgeable with the travel industry and that shows through his professionalism. Always gets back to you in a very swift manner. You will never feel left out to dry with Brett on your side.

I have worked with Brett for over 14 years and have never once felt that he did not have my personal best interests and needs at heart. He has not only assisted me through the job contract hunting process, but also taking my needs, concerns and scheduling to heart. He has advocated for me countless times for various things. I have happily sent him many other nurses and he has assisted them with the same professionalism and kindness. He is always checking in throughout your contract and also from time to time if I am not currently working with him and or the company. I would 1000 percent trust him with my professional needs!

I have a unique family situation with a disabled son, so my needs were very precise without leeway. Brett understood my situation and offered advise on how to speak with a manager regarding this. He was very supportive and had no problem when I stated, "my family has to come first". He is also so positive, kind and in a generally happy mood when I speak with him, attitude can make or break your day! I can't say enough positive things about him and I am blessed to have him for my recruiter!!

Brett has been like a family member I can always count on to be there for me no matter what! Brett has gone above and beyond for me! He listens and is compassionate, he has always made time to speak with me even on weekends! If he didn’t know something right off he would always say, give me a couple minutes to find the answer or outcome of a situation, and called me with answers and was very time efficient in doing so! Brett has made my assignments smooth and timely, he also regularly checked on me and wished a great weekend! I absolutely would refer anyone to work with Brett! Tnaa has a gem working for them , and he should be honored in every way possible , he is an extremely valuable asset to TNAA!
