About Tana Babcock:

Tana is always so nice and professional. She has found me a new contract in a few hours after mine was cancelled. She is always transparent about pay and the hospitals. She has found me contracts that I enjoy and searched for ones that would be a good fit. I've never felt pressured to take a contract tht didnt feel right. She is very easy to get in touch with and I am so fortunate to have her as my recruiter!

I have nothing but great things to say about Tana. I have never worried about getting a job with her as my recruiter. She understands what I want and what I don’t want and she communicates effectively. I try not to bother her often because I know that she’s busy but when I do need to talk to Tana, she always makes herself available. If she can’t answer then she calls me back asap. That is what I look for in a recruiter and you can’t go wrong with her on your side. I have many years of traveling behind my belt but If she decided not to do this line of work anymore, I would hang up my traveling boots and accept a permanent position someplace. That’s how strongly I feel about my recruiter and the bond that we have built.

Tana is beyond awesome! I really lucked out getting her as my recruiter back when I first started traveling in 2020. I’ve heard many horror stories about bad recruiters and people having to switch recruiters, or even agencies multiple times. The only reason I’d ever switch agencies is to go with Tana if she went to work somewhere else. She’s always so helpful and shows a genuine interest in how I’m doing work wise and personally. She keeps me on track and is always reliable. I can’t recommend, or brag on her enough.

My experience with Tana has been truly amazing. She goes above and beyond for her nurses/traveling professionals and is so kind and understanding through it all. During covid when I was having a breakdown before a shift, she gave me support and talked me down to help me get through the rough time. She is not just a recruiter, she is a friend and I couldn’t ask for a better person to have held my hand through my 5 years of travel nursing.
