About Deon Cavender:

Deon has been phenomenal throughout my process of getting started with travel nursing. She is exceptionally thorough, compassionate, honest, and timely with communication. She has been so diligent and resourceful to me personally as I have only been a nurse for 3 years. She provided information and advice with sincerity to meet my needs. I was able to stay in touch with her frequently and my questions were always answered promptly.

Deon is a gem. She texts or calls me to see how I'm doing and how my assignment is progressing. Listens to what I want on an assignment and works to get me what I've asked for. If she doesn't know the answer or how to help then gets me with the right person who can. She cares about the people she recruits and treats them like Family! She's the Best like I often tell her 🙂
