TNAA is a great travel nurse company. Every employee that I interact with is professional and knowledgeable, and all transactions are correct. Love my recruiter, Brandon Keith. Both he and the company put a lot of time and effort into making sure that not only do I have the right work opportunity, but also that I am prepared for it. I especially like that Brandon treats me like an individual. He always listens to my wants and needs, and never tries to force anything on me. He is always available to listen and respond quickly if help is needed. I love how Brandon sends random words of encouragement, most often unexpected but very much needed! He is the primary reason that I will stay with this travel agency.

Brandon was absolutely great. What I really liked was that I contacted Brandon way early in the year about traveling, with the intentions of not starting until the beginning of the next year. Even knowing that, Brandon still reached out consistently (not annoyingly). And he was persistent with my job hunt.

Brandon always answered my questions quickly and if he didn't know the answer, he knew just the right person who did! He always went to bat for me when it came to negotiating contracts instead of pushing it aside like most recruiters do. Very personable guy that has never made me feel like just a number or a paycheck to him.

Absolutely 10/10 guy AND recruiter. In my daunting job search in SD I spoke to many of my friends whose recruiters were not as available nor as personable as Brandon was for me. He cared about myself as a nurse as well as a person and even friend. He set the bar very high for my first recruiter experience.
