Lola was very kind in helping me through the process of being hired, she gave me clear instructions on how to finish all the paperwork that would prepare me for the hiring process. She did more than an usual recruiter would do, because even tho I still hadn’t receive a confirmation of being hired she Still managed to help me with the process of receiving all my information and preparing me to be hired. I didn’t expect that, honestly. She also managed to call me several times and we spoke about the potential of other opportunities if available, I mean she just went beyond of what any other recruiter would do. Because even tho the company might not need more people on the project I was applying into, she still wanted to help me for any other potential opportunities.
