Blake always listens to my needs and concerns. Even if that just means letting me vent after a bad shift. He deals with me honestly and fairly. He even let's me know (gently) if he thinks I'm wrong, or that my request won't benefit me. I always know that he is in my corner. I feel supported, and valued, like I am part of a team with Blake. He has my back, and I appreciate him every single day. He helps me to find assignments that fit my needs and my desire to travel.
