About Mike Faringer:

Mike Faringer is one of the best people not just recruiters I have ever worked with. He has many attributes that other recruiters do not and should be trained on. The most important thing that I know that I love about Mike is his follow up. The next thing I love about Mike is that he thinks three or four steps ahead when he works with you or when he is scouting new positions for you. The third thing is he networks with everyone which makes the hiring process easy and seamless. The fourth thing he is very diligent about finding a position as soon as possible with your requirements in mind. Mike should be training recruiters on how to be just like him this would create a platoon of amazing recruiters for the company

The first day info was incorrect, but from what I understand it was on the side of the facility not the agency. Anytime I have an issue reece is quick to get to the bottom of it. He is friendly and patient, even when I'm sassy with him.
