About Rachel Ganzer:

rachel is everything i've ever wanted/needed in a recruiter. i've been traveling full time for over 7 years and so my perspective on the nurse-recruiter relationship is informed by a good deal of experience. rachel is an outstanding communicator who goes above and beyond to find matching jobs, answer questions, facilitate compliance, problem-solve, etc, etc... in an efficient and timely manner. most important to me is that she is ridiculously competent at everything she does. your career is in the best of hands if you're working with rachel. second-most important to me is that she delivers her competence with a no-nonsense yet friendly vibe. she's authentic to the core and actually cares about the nurses who entrust their traveling careers to her.
