Reece is an absolutely amazing recruiter. He stays in communication with me. One of the things that I appreciate so much about him is his ability to listen. He makes me feel like he's in these trenches with me, when looking for an assignment and waiting for compliance to complete their portion. He listens to my frustrations and does everything possible to help-- even when it's not in his hands to do anything. His ability to listen and not get frustrated with me when I'M frustrated is truly a gift that he has. Any traveler would be fortunate to have him as a recruiter. I'm thankful that he is as proactive in his position, as he is. I'm thankful that he looks out for me, as a nurse. I'm thankful that, while remaining professional, he takes the time to be my friend.
