Erica is really great to work with. I have worked with quite a number of recruiters over many years and when I first communicated with Erica, I knew she was the recruiter to stick with. I know Erica is one that is going to climb the ladder quickly in her field so I am happy to have her right now before she is promoted to an upper level management position.
