About Josee Coulthurst:

Josee, Alayna, Jenna and Erin are all great. There is good coverage when anyone is OOO and business keeps moving forward. I do have concerns on items not really related to Josee such as our compliance files, profiles not being accurate, travelers not being locked down for the position as it is posted, lack of transparency on all the exceptions the caretaker is asking for that causes issues with filling the positions but that is not on Josee. She is very upfront on discussing exceptions and seeing if special requests can be met before the interview process
