Bryant actually HEARS me and he's worked hard for me, checking out potential assignment leads, responding to texts, and checking in with me just enough--not too often, not too infrequently. He's honest about what's available and what rates are reasonable and which are probably "bait and switch". He's a lot of fun to work with and has a great sense of humor. I've referred several friends and colleagues to him.
