This is my second assignment with Melyssa and I absolutely love her. She is a genuinely a caring person and that is reflected in her work. I feel very comfortable with her, I ask her so much but she never lets me feel like it's too much.Very understanding and she keeps it real. I believe she is a gem and I love working with her. This woman has bent over backwards for me in all that she does. I don’t fk with other recruiters. Melyssa is my “momma” as she hears almost daily. I appreciate this woman so much. If she’s not the poster child for your other recruiters, she should be. If they aren’t as good as her or striving to be and to treat their nurses like she does, then their ass’s gots to goooo.
