Paul was great from starting me on my travel nursing journey, through all the compliance and job offer process, and getting me informed about my new assignment. He even followed up with me on the first few days of my assignment to make sure it was what I was expecting. 10/10 would recommend!

Paul is a down to earth guy. He is thorough and approachable. He truly goes to bat for his nurses. I feel like I hit the recruiter lottery with him. :) Honestly, he is awesome at what he does and really makes you feel valued. He listens to what you want out of a placement and seeks to find the best fit for you. I've never had a job where your direct line seeks out to send you welcome packages and checks in regularly to ensure you are happy and don't have any concerns either. I tell people all the time to talk with Paul if they are thinking of doing travel nursing. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join TotalMed and Paul's team.
