William has always been great about communicating with me. I’ve had moments that I’ve contemplated leaving TotalMed because most of the onboarding for almost every contract has been extremely frustrating, but William is such a fantastic recruiter, I can’t leave him. I know that if I have an issue, he will take care of it. And I really appreciate the rapport that he and I have.

Will always makes himself accessible and clearly communicates who the point of contact is ahead of time when he can't be. When I had questions that were more clinical in nature he was proactive in getting a clinical supervisor involved, and I felt he advocated for me with account managers. Overall a pleasure to work with, and I hope to again in the future.
