William is unlike any recruiter I’ve ever worked with in all the best ways. It is very obvious that he truly enjoys his work and has my best interest in mind. They had to switch my recruiter while I was trying to find my first ever contract. He was warm and helpful. He understood that I needed a contract or to take a staff job. We put in for a few more places and I got an offer. He worked to make sure I knew what was going on, offered advice, and stayed transparent with me. I appreciated that most.
