Rachel has been by far my favorite recruiter ever in the 8 years I have been a nurse. Unfortunately because of the vast majority of agencies, it becomes very competitive and other agencies have had better offers, and makes it hard for me to stay with Rachel. But I love Rachel and I am always telling people about her and hoping they will get a job with her even though I don’t get a referral bonus with Total Med.

Rachel replaced my former recruiter, Krystal Genzia. Krystal and I worked together for over 2 yrs. I cried when I found out she was leaving the company. I thought I wouldn’t find anyone as amazing as her. Well Krystal knows me well and picked the perfect match for me. I met Rachel a few days before I started my contract in December. Rachel and I talk like girlfriends. She gives great advice. She’s a good listener. She gets me more money if she can. She makes sure to send a reminder about my timesheets.
