Honestly after 5 years of traveling I think Rachel is the best recruiter I’ve ever had. She is prompt with all of her responses and checks in on a regular basis. She is professional and genuine simultaneously, and most importantly she is a strong advocate for her nurses! Please protect her at all costs!

Rachel is absolutely Amazing. I left traveling for about 9 months and during that time, she checked in on me to see how I was doing and how everything in my life is going; I thought that very personable as well as sweet and thoughtful! So when I decided to start traveling again, I reached out to Rachel because I know she is the Best. Rachel has been amazing with communication and updating me while I have been working with TotalMed. Working with Rachel is such a pleasure. She is professional and does her job extremely well. I also feel like she cares about me having a good assignment and helping get my needs met. I think totalmed’s compliance dept is less than stellar (after doing 2 assignments) but this has no reflection on Rachel who is excellent at her duties.
