Sidney is always there for me! Answers at all times! Always has an answer for me , if not he makes sure to find it within an appropriate time manner. He’s super friendly and gets right to the point about information. I hope to stick with him for years to come! Sid was recommended to me a few years back and this is my second assignment with him this year and counting. I recommend total med to everyone!!! So pleased with this company!!!

Sid is the best! He's always been there when I needed help or had questions. I'm on my second renewal at my current assignment and everything is going great! He has helped me every step of the way, going above and beyond my expectations, response time is quick and lets me know and if he doesnt know he researches the issue and gets back to me with out delay. This is my first assignment and did not know what to expect Sidney walked me through the whole process no matter what time of day!!! Hard to find customer service like that anymore
