Spencer makes me proud to be with TotalMed. I always share my TotalMed experience with other nurses when they ask which agency I am with because "I always look happy." Even though I am constantly approached by other agencies, I stay with TotalMed because I cannot imagine leaving Spencer. He truly is the best recruiter ever.

Great personality means everything to me. The moment I spoke to him I immediately felt him. Spencer is so easy to communicate with. I shoot something to him and get back to me and we discuss it. He is never to busy I couldn't have chosen a better person. He knows his work.

Spencer is simply the best. He has been with me for my entire traveling career and I have never looked for a different recruiter. He always solves my problems or issues quickly. He never leaves me waiting for long periods of time; when I call him he knows it's important and it shows. He knows me, recommends jobs I will want or that match what I am looking for at the time. He gives me straight advice and is 100% transparent with all the information I need to be my best or make an informed decision. Spencer fights for what I deserve and does not back down. I have always felt supported and have felt completely secure in him. I would definitely not be where I am if I did not have Spencer on my team.
