I have known Dustin for a few years now and even though I did not go with TotalMed initially, he has always been available for encouragement and advice. A lot of recruiters only show interest when it’s time to renew; he has always been genuine and checked on me and my family periodically. He truly works in my best interests and he is an asset to TotalMed. He has set the bar high for other recruiters.

Dusty is the best recruiter I have had. He never makes me feel like he doesn't have time for me when I call with a question/comment/concern. He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decisions. He has such a friendly personality and it's obvious he is sincere and compassionate about his work and those he works with. HE IS AWESOME - UNDERSTANDS MY NEEDS AND WANTS AND DOES THE BEST TO HAVE THEM FIT WITH EACH CONTRACT I HAVE TAKEN … HE IS HONEST AND DIRECT WHEN I HAVE QUESTIONS - HE IS THE REASON WHY I HAVE STAYED WITH TOTAL MED THIS LONG, INSTEAD OF DOING WHAT SOME OF MY OTHER TRAVEL NURSE FRIENDS DO, WHICH IS HOP FROM COMPANY TO COMPANY TRYING TO FIND THE BEST GIGS. HE GETS BACK TO ME ALWAYS IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE THOROUGHLY HELPS ME FIGURE OUT THE BEST CONTRACTS REGARDING MY CURRENT NEEDS AND HELPS ME OUTWEIGH ALL THE PROS AND CONS. HE IS NOT PUSHY!!! I THOUGHT I WOULD BE "TRAVEL NURSING FOR ONLY ONE OR TWO CONTRACTS" BUT ITS BEEN NEARLY 2 YEARS NOW SINCE I STARTED WITH HIM! KEEPING IN MIND MY TRAVEL CAPABILITES ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED DUE TO THE FACT I HAVE 3 KIDS AND A HUSBAND - I CAN ONLY REALLY TRAVEL IN 3 STATES! HE ROCKS - LOVE HIM TO DEATH ! AND IM NOT JUST SAYING THAT!
