I have known Dustin for a few years now and even though I did not go with TotalMed initially, he has always been available for encouragement and advice. A lot of recruiters only show interest when it’s time to renew; he has always been genuine and checked on me and my family periodically. He truly works in my best interests and he is an asset to TotalMed. He has set the bar high for other recruiters.

Dusty is the best recruiter I have had. He never makes me feel like he doesn't have time for me when I call with a question/comment/concern. He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my decisions. He has such a friendly personality and it's obvious he is sincere and compassionate about his work and those he works with.
