About Josie Skalla:

Josie is very diligent about finding the best contract that matches what I'm looking for. When I wanted to look for a contract in Daytona beach Florida, she listened to exactly what was important to me and did her best to find the right option for me. She was very transparent about the pay packages offered. Ultimately I decided to extend my current contract. Anytime I had a question regarding my contract or how sick pay is handled by Arizona's state law in, she was very easy to reach and responded with an answer immediately. I can tell she genuinely wants the best for her nurses and strives to make them happy. She makes me feel important and not just another contract to secure. She is an excellent recruiter and I highly recommend her!

Josie was very understanding of me and my commitment to completing everything on time. She was extremely professional and never made me feel bad for standing up for myself. She showed a great deal of patience, which I am truly grateful for, especially since I had second thoughts about travel nursing. When I reconsidered, she was welcoming and completely nonjudgmental.
