I like working with Kyra a lot . However, compared to recruiters that I have worked with in the past , they've been much quicker to respond back. Often I have to wait 24 hours for a response or no response with out me re-inquiring. However, I feel that she is always completely honest with me and that is my priority.
I have referred 3 people to her and one she did not respond back to soon enough(apparently, per my referral) and went with another Total med recruiter and I am not getting the referral. another had an assignment with Kyra and now is signing a contract with another recruiter with Total med as well. This is frustrating.
