Kyra is absolutely amazing! She knows her job and is very helpful during this process. She goes above and beyond to be compassionate, helpful, and understanding. About Sidney Rivera:

Some assignments are smooth as glass, others you might find yourself in a situation that’s just not ever going to go well and I know I can count on Sidney for whatever difficulty or hard spot I may find myself in. This past Christmas he sent me the most heartfelt message of gratitude not only for the work I was doing, but for giving up my holiday with family... that he appreciated me for trusting in him. And let’s face it!! This year has been really really hard . I recently had a tragic family event and Sid took care of all the details when I had to leave suddenly...with compassion and understanding. His steadfast care and concern for ME in his words gave me strength. I do not like to let anyone down and I was feeling bad about it. Loyalty and kindness go far.
