The hours offered to me and accepted did not match the expectation at the job site. This caused tension in the first days on the job. The offer was processed before Jake came along. I am adjusting, but it could have been a deal breaker if I had obligations like dropping off kids in the morning before the long commute. Hours offered by TotalMed - 8 to 4:30 Hours expected at the site - 7:30 to 4
