Blake always listens to my needs and concerns. Even if that just means letting me vent after a bad shift. He deals with me honestly and fairly. He even let's me know (gently) if he thinks I'm wrong, or that my request won't benefit me. I always know that he is in my corner. I feel supported, and valued, like I am part of a team with Blake. He has my back, and I appreciate him every single day. He helps me to find assignments that fit my needs and my desire to travel. He doesn't try to push me toward the big dollar Covid contracts, he supports my desires to go to where I want to go. He values me as a nurse and as a person. I am not just a money maker for him.
