Nick was great and was always in constant communication with me regarding assignments. From my experience with onboarding, the most annoying part is the redundancy. Reduce that for future contractors and all is grand.

The only disappointment I have found is that after I got to my assignment travelers are making $20-$30 more than me per hour. I really wish Total Med would redo my current contract and give me more money since other nurses are making it. It definitely makes me explore all my options in the future.
