Paul is a down to earth guy. He is thorough and approachable. He truly goes to bat for his nurses. I feel like I hit the recruiter lottery with him. :) Honestly, he is awesome at what he does and really makes you feel valued. He listens to what you want out of a placement and seeks to find the best fit for you. I've never had a job where your direct line seeks out to send you welcome packages and checks in regularly to ensure you are happy and don't have any concerns either. I tell people all the time to talk with Paul if they are thinking of doing travel nursing. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join TotalMed and Paul's team.
