About Rachel Ganzer:

Rachel has been by far my favorite recruiter ever in the 8 years I have been a nurse. Unfortunately because of the vast majority of agencies, it becomes very competitive and other agencies have had better offers, and makes it hard for me to stay with Rachel. But I love Rachel and I am always telling people about her and hoping they will get a job with her even though I don’t get a referral bonus with Total Med.

She is the not only knowledgeable about her contracts but she is passionate about them as well. There have been many times when she has advocated for me when she could’ve taken a break. About Jake Hungerford:

Jake is the epitome of a consummate professional. In this day and age, time is a valuable commodity; Jake was lightning quick with every issue that came up. One excellent attribute that showed through time and again, was how he anticipated the next difficulty that lay before me, and then gave me a brief description of the potential problem and best strategy to overcome said problem. Communication via text, email and phone calls were seamlessly integrated and as timely as could be. So, enough about his proficiency. I have not touched base on his strongest point. Jake has been one of the most enjoyable guys I have met in a long time. At no time did he seem stressed or distracted. Good humor, quick with a laugh, and never rushed. I really had the feeling that I was his one and only client, and friend as well. He is a tremendous asset to your team, and inspires loyalty by example, both in word and deed! I feel truly blessed to associated with him, and by extension, Totalmed. I look forward to a long and successful collaboration!

Tyler was referred to me by a friend. I am a new traveler. Tyler spent time answering all my questions and explaining the process to me. All the contracts he sent me met every single one of the criteria I gave him and nothing else. This alone is a huge deal! I have had other recruiters/ agencies send me contracts that were clearly not what I was asking for. I have referred a few of my former coworkers because I trust that Tyler will take care of them. He is simply the best!
