I cannot say enough great things about Rachel. She is an absolute gem of human being. I got introduced to Rachel from a friend who had done some travel nursing in the past with TotalMed and Rachel was her recruiter and she had nothing but wonderful things and such a positive experience. If that didn't put my mind at ease, just a few minutes into my conversation with Rachel did the trick. I could immediately tell she had my best interests in mind and I felt like she truly listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As a first time traveler, I was not sure how everything worked, but Rachel was always there via text, email, phone. Even if I didn't need anything she would check in on me to see how things were going and to offer support and encouragement. I truly felt like I could be honest with her and vice versa, she was always honest with me. It is hard being away from family and friends and being on the front lines during this pandemic, but I truly feel as if Rachel has been my friend through this all. She is kind, funny, and intelligent. She knows an incredible amount about this business and is quick to answer any questions. I most appreciate her honesty and transparency of the inner workings of travel nursing and contracts. I am eternally grateful for her guidance and support throughout this entire process. Being away from home, it is nice to know someone is always looking out for you and has your back. Keep up the great work Rach!!
Rachel was always upbeat, efficient, and made you feel like a valued member of her team! She also listened to each nurse’s needs and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone that is thinking about traveling. Best recruiter out there!
Rachel is amazing. Best of all she is a Good listener & very responsive, in my experience this is RARE in a person let alone a travel nurse recruiter. This translate into an awesome working relationship where I sincerely feel that she understands my needs as an RN and a person and goes the extra mile to help me find an assignment that meets them. I really cannot say enough good things about her, she is a top notch professional that I feel values my hard work and skills and doesn’t just see me as “another nurse” or a number. Blake is the best thing to happen to TotalMed. He is the best recruiter I've ever encountered in my travel career. His responsiveness, support and willingness to go the extra mile is by far the best in the business. He truly supports and cares for the nurses he places on contract. I have been a travel nurse for over a year now with multiple agencies and Tre has by far been the best recruiter I’ve ever had. He’s always on top of everything and anticipates my needs prior to me needing them. I refer every nurse I talk to about traveling to him. He’s checked on me multiple times a week, and is more personable to me than anyone. I don’t feel like I’m talking to someone who is just depending on me to sign a contract, I feel like he wants what’s best for me.
