About Mike Faringer:

Mike is quite possibly the best recruiter I’ve worked with so far. There were a lot of different challenges in particular with the onboarding which made me nervous to say the least. Mike was extremely patient, calm, and helped me find solutions in as fast as humanly possible. Mike’s communication style is direct, honest, and real; He will shoot you straight instead of telling you what you want to hear and is definitely one of a kind. I cannot recommend him enough.
