Everine is am awesome recruiter. She works hard for you, dependable, true to her word and most importantly, not a sales person. I am a veteran traveler of 8 years. If I have any issues with the onboarding, she is the person I call and the issue is taken care of. Total Med is not the highest paying company, but I would rather have a recruiter who has my back, when I am thousands of miles from home, then the money. I have been fortunate with the recruiters I have had. I have referred my friends to her and they feel they have been taken care of!

I freaking love Mel. She’s become a great friend that I can reach out to when I need her. She’s on point and always honest. She doesn’t talk to me like a robot and she’s just real. I won’t ever deal with anyone else. If you have staff like her, keep them. If you don’t, fire them and replace them with people like her. Give her a raise and recognize her worth to your company.
