William is very prompt about getting back with anything I need. Goes above and beyond trying to get my desired needs. Very pleasant and professional when speak with him in conversation regardless if by phone, text, or email. I had an accident that required me to be off work for a few weeks. William was on the ball trying to get me a bonus pay to help with financial stuff while I was out. William is amazing and a big accent to TotalMed!
