About Sidney Rivera:

Sidney was very helpful and attentive to my needs. There was a week that went by that everything was quite. I had presumed that things were going along smoothly. Apparently things were not. My onboarding specialist missed some bloodwork and this caused a domino effect to the point that I didn’t start on my start date. Sidney did as much as he could, which I appreciate. It was a stressful situation for both of us.
