Mallorie is exceptional! She is honest and candid about what to expect (and what not to expect) when you are on assignment. She is clear; gives great information; and supportive if you have questions or problems. I have already recommended her to several other folks, and this is my first placement by her! She explains the job itself, and then explains housing, flights, car rental, licensing, the type of facility, everything. She also virtually held my hand when I had a mini panic attack right before leaving and assured me that it would go smoothly. And it has! I am one month into my assignment and loving it! Honestly hoping to extend. You cannot go wrong with Mallorie as your recruiter! I've been so pleased.
