About Spencer Draper:

I've worked with a few companies and this is the first time I feel like 100% of my needs were met, I felt like he went above and beyond!!! He truly committed himself to the job and spent many hours on call, text and emails with me. He found me the perfect assignment and even after arriving he made sure everything is perfect. He knows what he is doing and is deserving of every bonus or commotion be makes. He is very personal and trust worthy. He obviously does more than what is required for the job and if hope to be working with him a lot. First time with Total Med and I'm very happy! Will be referring my friends :)

I've worked with many recruiters over the years and of all that I've ever worked with I have to say that Spencer is better than all of them put together. for not being a nurse or in medical field Spencer seems to understand the medical model more than other recruiters. Seems to be able to read between the lines, what he doesn't know he try's to understand and learn. he's also personable, friendly, and down to earth.
