Pearce is the best recruiter I have ever worked with. She asked me a couple of straight forward questions, generated several options that matched my needs, asked me if I was flexible in one single area of my needs, and later that day I received an auto offer. She was persistent, but never pushy. I had some personal circumstances change unexpectedly and she quickly arranged for my start date to be pushed back to a time that was more comfortable for me and for my family. I love working with TM and with Pearce. Everything is so easy with them.

She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also transparent. I really appreciate all she did. This first placement did not work out. Mostly as a result of the Banner facility telling lies about their onboarding process.They told her i was completely cleared to start then assigned a whole slew of additional tests for me to take and pass. They also said those hours are most likely unpaid.Banner also moved up the due date for these modules. Pearce tried to resolve these issues but they remain unresolved.

Pearce has been amazing!! She checked in almost weekly on my assignment in Arizona asking how I was doing and offering encouragement. I have now been looking for a contract in California and have been quite picky, but Pearce has stayed on top of the search and reaching out once a week at least. Pearce has had lots of patience with me while I am trying to decide what is next for me, as it looks that California will not work out after submitting and looking for over 6 weeks.
