Jake has been great. I would have left because of the terrible experiences I’ve had with the compliance team if it wasn’t for him. He’s the only reason I’ve stayed. He’s been very accommodating, going above any beyond and even doing the compliance teams work for them when they couldn’t manage to do their own job. He is great to work with
