With my first conversation with Ryan I was not sure what I had. But as we moved along, things got better as far as my comfort level. His job is not easy. You have a lot of people presenting themselves as skilled professionals but falling short of the mark. Here I am with the proper credentials, years of true experience, doing the same thing.
