This woman has bent over backwards for me in all that she does. I don’t fk with other recruiters. Melyssa is my “momma” as she hears almost daily. I appreciate this woman so much. If she’s not the poster child for your other recruiters, she should be. If they aren’t as good as her or striving to be and to treat their nurses like she does, then their ass’s gots to goooo. I freaking love Mel. She’s become a great friend that I can reach out to when I need her. She’s on point and always honest. She doesn’t talk to me like a robot and she’s just real. I won’t ever deal with anyone else. If you have staff like her, keep them. If you don’t, fire them and replace them with people like her. Give her a raise and recognize her worth to your company.
